Job Description / Responsibility
• Excellent knowledge of visualization.
• Excellent and Advanced knowledge on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, and other Graphic related software,
• Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form, and composition
• Should design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions
• Able to develop marketing & Branding communication materials
• Adequate knowledge in output preparation.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree

Job Requirements
• At least 3 years in a relevant organization/industry.
• Design for social media content.
• Work directly with the marketing team.
• Make recommendations, present ideas, and coordinate with the team to find the best solutions to develop inspiring creative material, scripting, including Bangla/English translations for captions, and provide recommendations.
• Design and develop motion and still graphics for creative content and promotional use
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, after effect videos)
• Monitor, analyze and communicate PR creative.· Have the ability to work under pressure.
• Have the ability to do work individually.
• Working knowledge of printing practices and standards.

Additional Requirements
• Understanding brand and creating visual designs in a different medium.
• To have a clear understanding of the target audience and business that the design is aimed at.
• Knowledge of core principles of design for mobile and Web-based platforms.
• Must be strong knowledge on Image manipulation, Color composition, Keyframe animations.
• Strong skill in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other essential creative tools.
• Able to work with desire quality output within the required time.
• Commitment to well-executed, high-quality work and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali.
• A strong creative portfolio is required.
• Skill in After Effect, 3d application or art & drawing will be an added advantage.
